This End User License Agreement ("Agreement" or "EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Licensee", "you", or "your") and VortexWeb LLC ("Licensor", "VortexWeb", "we", "us") governing your use of the PropBridge — Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle Leads to CRM application (the "Application", "PropBridge — Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle Leads to CRM", or "PropBridge"), a native Bitrix24 marketplace application developed, published, and supported by VortexWeb LLC. By installing, accessing, or otherwise using PropBridge — whether from the Bitrix24 Marketplace or via any other distribution channel — you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use PropBridge.
The term "Application", "PropBridge", "PropBridge — Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle Leads to CRM", or "Software" throughout this Agreement refers specifically and exclusively to the marketplace application titled "PropBridge — Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle Leads to CRM" published by VortexWeb LLC on the Bitrix24 Marketplace — a Bitrix24 application that captures real-estate leads from Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and other supported portals into the Licensee's Bitrix24 Portal — including all associated source code, binaries, documentation, screenshots, marketing assets, API endpoints, middleware services, and any updates, upgrades, patches, or modifications subsequently released under the same application name.
The "Portal" means the Bitrix24 instance (cloud-hosted on bitrix24.com infrastructure, or self-hosted / on-premise Bitrix24 deployment) into which the Licensee installs and operates PropBridge.
"Licensee" means the legal entity or individual that installs or uses PropBridge on a Portal under its administrative control. If the Licensee is an organisation, the natural person accepting this Agreement represents that they have authority to bind the organisation.
"Data" means all events, records, documents, configuration, user information, and other content processed, stored, or transmitted by or through PropBridge in the Licensee's Portal.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement and payment of any applicable fees, VortexWeb hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use PropBridge within your Bitrix24 Portal, solely for your internal business purposes and only for the number of Portals, users, or transaction volume authorised by your subscription tier on the Bitrix24 Marketplace.
The license granted by this Agreement is issued per Bitrix24 Portal. Installation of PropBridge on multiple Portals — whether operated by the same Licensee or affiliated entities — requires a separate license and subscription for each Portal.
The license to use PropBridge becomes effective upon successful installation of the Application into your Portal and acceptance of this Agreement. For paid tiers, the license remains effective as long as the subscription is active and in good standing via the Bitrix24 Marketplace billing system.

The Application — PropBridge — is delivered exclusively through the Bitrix24 Marketplace and through authorised channels published by VortexWeb. Any copy of PropBridge obtained through unauthorised means is not licensed and may not be used.
VortexWeb retains all right, title, and interest in and to PropBridge, including all intellectual property rights therein. This Agreement grants the Licensee a limited right to use PropBridge and does not transfer any ownership of the Application or its underlying technology.
PropBridge may incorporate or depend upon third-party components subject to their own license terms, including open-source libraries. A list of third-party components and their licenses is available on request via support@vortexweb.cloud.
"PropBridge", "VortexWeb", and the VortexWeb logo are trademarks of VortexWeb LLC. "Bitrix24" is a trademark of Bitrix, Inc. "Property Finder", "Bayut", and "Dubizzle" are trademarks of their respective owners. References to Bitrix24, Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle in this Agreement and on the PropBridge product pages are used solely to indicate technical interoperability. No affiliation, sponsorship, or endorsement by Bitrix, Inc., Property Finder, Bayut, or Dubizzle is claimed, beyond VortexWeb's status as a certified Bitrix24 Gold Partner and marketplace publisher.
All Data — including captured leads, customer contact details, property listing references, agent assignments, message content, sync events, configuration, and all other content processed by PropBridge — is and remains the sole property of the Licensee. VortexWeb claims no ownership of Licensee Data.
PropBridge stores all primary Data inside the Licensee's own Bitrix24 Portal (as CRM records, Smart Process Automation records, Bitrix24 Drive files, or similar native Bitrix24 storage primitives). VortexWeb does not retain Licensee Data on servers outside the Licensee's Portal, except for short-lived operational logs (retained for troubleshooting, typically up to 14 days).
Where PropBridge integrates with third-party real-estate portals — including but not limited to Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle — Data flows directly between those portals (via their authorised lead-distribution mechanisms, including email forwarding and/or public APIs) and the Licensee's Bitrix24 Portal. VortexWeb middleware performs parsing, deduplication, and routing only, without long-term retention. The Licensee is responsible for ensuring that its use of each portal complies with that portal's own terms of service and any data-processing agreements it has signed with that portal.
VortexWeb follows industry-standard security practices for PropBridge: encrypted transport (TLS 1.2+), least-privilege OAuth scopes, secret rotation, logged administrative access, and vulnerability scanning of the Application's middleware.
Additional details about VortexWeb's data handling practices are set out in the VortexWeb Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.
Current pricing for PropBridge is published on the PropBridge product page at https://vortexweb.cloud/propbridge.html and on the Bitrix24 Marketplace listing for PropBridge. Paid subscriptions are billed through the Bitrix24 Marketplace billing system.
Where a free tier of PropBridge is offered, it is subject to the usage limits described on the Bitrix24 Marketplace listing (for example, maximum users, journeys, or monthly transaction volume).
Licensees may upgrade or downgrade their PropBridge subscription tier at any time through the Bitrix24 administration panel. Tier changes take effect on the next billing cycle unless otherwise stated by the Marketplace.
You may cancel your PropBridge subscription at any time by uninstalling the Application from your Portal or through the Bitrix24 Marketplace. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
VortexWeb provides support for PropBridge via the following channels:
Standard support hours are Sunday–Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Gulf Standard Time (GST). Urgent issues affecting production systems are triaged on a best-effort basis outside these hours for Licensees on paid tiers.
Support covers installation, configuration, and defects in PropBridge. It does not cover general Bitrix24 administration, third-party integrations not authored by VortexWeb, custom development requests, or issues caused by unauthorised modifications to PropBridge.
PropBridge is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VortexWeb disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, and quiet enjoyment.
VortexWeb does not warrant that PropBridge will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or free from security vulnerabilities. Platform availability depends on the underlying Bitrix24 platform and on third-party dependencies over which VortexWeb has no control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VortexWeb's total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of PropBridge shall not exceed the total amount of fees actually paid by the Licensee to VortexWeb for PropBridge during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
IN NO EVENT SHALL VORTEXWEB BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE PropBridge, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF VORTEXWEB HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
The Licensee is solely responsible for maintaining backups of Data processed through PropBridge. VortexWeb is not liable for Data loss arising from Portal failures, user error, platform outages, cyberattacks, or any other cause outside VortexWeb's direct control.
This Agreement takes effect upon installation of PropBridge and continues until terminated in accordance with this Section 10.
The Licensee may terminate this Agreement at any time by uninstalling PropBridge from all Portals on which it has been installed.
VortexWeb may terminate this Agreement and the license granted herein immediately, with or without notice, if the Licensee breaches any material term of this Agreement or fails to pay applicable subscription fees.
Upon termination, the Licensee's rights to use PropBridge cease immediately, and the Licensee shall promptly uninstall the Application from all Portals. Sections 3 (Restrictions), 4 (Ownership), 5 (Data), 8 (Warranty), 9 (Liability), 11 (Governing Law), and 12 (Contact) shall survive termination.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or PropBridge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Nothing in this Section prevents VortexWeb from seeking injunctive relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to PropBridge and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings, representations, or agreements, written or oral, regarding the Application.
VortexWeb may update this Agreement from time to time. The most recent version is always published at https://vortexweb.cloud/propbridge-eula.html. Continued use of PropBridge after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of VortexWeb to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights hereunder without VortexWeb's prior written consent. VortexWeb may assign this Agreement freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
