Install & connect

Install Ziwo from the Bitrix24 Marketplace. An admin enters your Ziwo account name and API key once, and sets Ziwo as the default telephony plugin in Bitrix24.

Agents log in

Each agent opens Ziwo from the Bitrix24 left menu, logs in with their Ziwo credentials, and activates their session — once per shift. It stays connected as they work.

What is Ziwo?
Ziwo is a Bitrix24 marketplace app from VortexWeb that brings your Ziwo cloud-telephony softphone directly into Bitrix24. Agents call and receive calls inside the CRM, and every call is logged automatically with recordings attached. VortexWeb is a Ziwo partner and a Bitrix24 Gold Partner.
Do I need a Ziwo account?
Yes. Ziwo connects your existing Ziwo cloud-telephony account to Bitrix24. You'll need your Ziwo account name and API key (from your Ziwo admin) and agent credentials for each user. If you're not yet on Ziwo, talk to us and we'll help you plan it.
How does click-to-call work?
Once Ziwo is set as your default Bitrix24 telephony plugin, clicking any phone number on a Lead, Contact, or Deal connects the call through your active Ziwo session in the sidebar — no copy-paste, no separate dialer.
Are calls and recordings saved in Bitrix24?
Yes. Outbound and inbound calls are written to Bitrix24 as CRM activities against the matching record, with direction and duration. When recording is configured, the recording attaches to the call activity automatically.
What happens on an incoming call from an unknown number?
Ziwo shows a screen-pop on any Bitrix24 page. For numbers already in your CRM it matches the record; for unknown numbers it can automatically create a Lead or a Deal (with a contact), based on your portal settings.
